Seventyfive | Womens store opening

Can I get a whoop whoop for all the brands and stores focussing more on us women collecting? Before I tell you all about Seventyfive Women and the store opening let me tell you about my connection to Amsterdams first sneaker boutique ‘Seventyfive’ (since 1999, well damn!).

I used to work parttime at this store when I was studying Graphic Design. This is 8 years ago already but I still remember working my days instore there; So much fun! This was my second job at a sneaker store and I’ve learned so much about sneakers. Also fun fact; I met my mister at this store on his first day there. And he’s now the manager and buyer at Seventyfive. So it’s save to say that I have a little special connection to Seventyfive.. hence I’m so happy to be working with them on this womens store project.

Their existing store on the Haarlemmerdijk is changing into a womens only store! So we’ve teamed up to create this post, where I selected 5 of my favorite styles from the store and styled them up in my own way, shot at this amazing location! Also I will we hosting the opening party this Thursday may 11th. So make sure you come by this Thursday; because there will be goodiebags, beer brewed by women, a DJ and snacks!
